My 95 Cadi deville is idling higher than normal. I noticed that my water pump and my radiator is starting to leak. My question is, if the water pump has gone or going bad, can this cause my car to idle higher. Water from radiator backflows into the overflow jug when I'm at a standstill and after I shut-off the car. Can all this be from a bad water pump?
