01 DTS unusual sound.

01 DTS unusual sound.
On my way home I heard an odd noise. It only comes when I get up to around 25 mph, and you hear it more when I hit the breaks. It t sounds like a motorbike's instead of a Cadillac. Any diagnosis???? Thanks.
