1994 Deville, turn signals slowly stoped working Sunday night. I changed the Flasher, checked the bulbs with no luck. They would come on blink one or two times then quit. I could get them to repeat the same symptom, but know they won't work. Is there more than one flasher? There must be a relay for them? Where is the relay located? My chiltion manuel does not show them. Thanks for You help.

 

Check you have the correct bulb, especially if you changed bulb(s) recently. Flasher is a circuit breaker so if bulbs pull too many amps it stops working. Correct bulbs all working try another flasher.
