evaporation control canister

Default evaporation control canister
Ok just had my 1996 cadillac deville inspected and the paperwork they gave me says i need an evaporation control canister PV118 VAPOR CANISTER. Now i looked for this part but i cant find anything called an evaporation control canister. can anyone help me?

Or where is this vapor canister located on my 96 deville

usually atop of driver side inner fender, attached to a hose that goes to the fuel system.
