Can anybody tell me where hoses #4 and #5 are going to? Car wouldn't start by missing these hoses(?).
By the way, the car is a 1996 Fleetwood Brougham.

i'm not sure where your hoses would go, but they are part of the emissions system that deals with VAPORS, usually from the fuel tank area.
I cant see how that would keep the car from starting ..
