Default abs c1235 code

I have an abs c1235 code on my 99 sts. I looked it up on the internet and it seemed to say that i needed to change my right rear tire speed sensorwhich require the removal and replacement of the hub, but after the hub was replaced i am still getting the same code i am thinking wires has anyone else had this problem? If so i would appreciate some help on this matter i have already cleaned and reconnected the wires. I dont even know where to start with wires though.

A wiring problem or a bad EBTCM.
The wires need to be ohm-ed between the EBTCM and the sensor. If that checks out the EBTCM would be the faulty component.
