Default codes vs. behaviors acm b1347, tsc c1234, and tsc c1235

I have a 1998 eldorado coupe, the traction control light is on, service stability sytem msg is on, and low a/c notice as well. when i ran the codes the ones marked current were acm b1347, tsc c1234, and tsc c1235. i know that the acm means i need to add coolant, and that the tsc codes are for the rear sensors. However would fixing the sensor problem turn off the traction control and service stability system msg? and is that the reason my car pulls to the side a little bit when i go over bumps on the road? And the service engine light is NOT on but i think something is wrong bc after it runs about 20min straight the rpm s raise up to 2.5 when put into park or neutral, and when i put it in reverse it stalls, but when put back in drive it jerks the car like it wants to take off. What could this be? Please help cause i dont want a bad mechanic trying to take advantage of a single mom......
