My mechanic is in a jam with a 1992 sedan deville, he can't find the H relay (supposed to be for the fuel pump relay?) He has the diagram that one of his programs on his computer gave him, but it doesn't tell him where it is. Help is greatly appreciated...

 

ther is a fuse panel underneath the passenger side dash under panel i believe that is where that relay is located.
