Anyone with any ideas for me? Winter has hit and no traction control.

Hello everyone, looking for help with my 2003 Cadillac Seville SLS. I hope I don't sound like to much of an idiot.

History: Last couple of season ABS, Brake, and traction control lights are on. When it has gotten super cold in the last two winters the lights will go off for a little bit but return. This last winter they went out but returned when I turned sharply, ( so I thought maybe a broken wire or bad connection).

I tried to test wheel speed sensors and they all seemed ok. OHM'd at about 1, and when spun produced voltage from 2 to 4 volts spinning by hand.

Also have service suspension that comes on at every start.....

Any thoughts or guidance would be a GREAT help.
