Shine a little light on me
Hi,
I have a 1996 fleetwood limo.
It maybe in all the cars, I dunno, but there in a tiny little light in the door panel faux
wood insert that houses door handle, lock switch etc both driver and pass doors.
Not in center or rear doors. It's supposed to illuminate door handle.
I discovered it when repairing window glide, however even in darkness I can barely see
any illumination emanating from it.
When people talk about manufacturers omitting things due to cost, this seems like
a waste, tempted to put the bulb that is twice the rating but worried it maybe too warm.

The bulb is not listed in owner's manual, but appears to be a #37 which is 1.4watts
I have replaced it with another # 2723 which is 2.3 watts
I can see some light , better but does get hot, not good
May try led type if I can find
