Smile HELP!! suspension HELP!!

I got a Cadillac dts 2007 with shock suspension not air ride suspension.. I got 22" 150 spoke chrome rims I had them on the car last summer everything worked fine I only had one problem .. the clearance from top of tire to the wheel well .. when I hit a bump I would hear the tire bumping the wheel well .. I need to raise the front and rear end of the car 1.5-2.0" I cant find any information that I need .. can someone be kind enough to tell me the most affordable and cost efficient way to accomplish this. I did find something called a strut spacer ?? can someone tell me exactly what I have to do and the exact parts I need thank you very much if you can help me!!!

2 inches is a lot. Air bags would be the best way. Limo spring would raise car some but ride would suffer. Good luck
