Any time you have to support the engine with a jack or jack stand that meets my definition of hard. In reality it is only a few bolts that you take out while working under a free weight of what 400 lbs.

No fun at all. On a lift it's hard / time consuming. On ramps or jack stands it's terrible / twice as time consuming.Time wise on a lift, you have done it twice, you should be able to do it in 3 hrs and 12 min.
