1999 Deville shuts off engine when shifting to park

I have an issue, I've been getting a P0174 - Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 2 code. Recently, the car tried stalling at low speeds, did not completely die but was not accelerating at all, which then led to the code.
Now, as soon as I shift the car into park from drive, the engine shuts off like I turned the key. I'm at a loss as to what that could be caused from?
I've changed the fuel filter, spark plugs and wires, TPS, PCV, and ran BG44 through it to clean the injectors. I believe it is in need of new injectors but before I purchase and change them I'd like some opinions of other things to check. We did check for vacuum leak, didn't find anything of note.
