Still got fuel probs on my 68 Fleety!!!!!!!!!!
Just fitted an oem mechanical fuelpump. It doesn't work. After stripping front cover from my engine I discover there's no eccentric drive gear to run the damned thing!!! It's just not there!! Now I know why it was fitted with an electronic pump.( Easier than fitting new pump drive). Has anyone got one I could purchase please? Pretty please??? It's the off centre wheel fitted on the end of the camshaft in front of the dizzy drive. Many thanks and best wishes for Crimbo!
