Dear need help,
While your car is running, remove the radiator cap and check if radiator fluid is bubbling out. Next step take a look at you exhaust, if you see white smoke coming out of your tailpipe you could possibly have 1 or both head gaskets blown. If this engine is all aluminum, they have a tendency at higher miles to seperate the gasket from the head which cause's overheating.
