My concern is whether or not my water pump needs replacing? The coolant gets hot pretty quick and I am loosing coolant too. My mechanic just replaced a failed coolant hose. The motor was just replaced about a month ago, and it ran fine for some 200 + miles. Now I'm lucky to get 10 miles without the temp gauge going above 3/4. I dont believe it's head gasket failure (this time ) just curious .Has anyone experienced the same or near concern ? Thanks
