Seville 92 4t60e problem
hello gentlemen. I apologize in advance for my mediocre knowledge of English. I have a 1992 cadillac seville with a L26 4.9 engine and a 4t60e gearbox. After a breakdown of the gearbox, I had to replace it with the same one from the buick century with different solenoids. the control unit did not see the box because the wiring does not match and the box is in an emergency mode with 2 and 3 gears working. I installed the old solenoids and wiring and the behavior of the gearbox has changed, but when I turn on "D", the car stalls after 2 seconds. also I cannot start the car if the selector is in the "P" position, it only starts in the "N" position. also, the car only drives if the connector is disconnected from the gearbox.
Please tell me where to look for the problem.
both gearboxes have temperature sensors (the old one is threaded and the new one is plastic) but I don’t know the year of manufacture of the new gearbox
