Is there anything i can do to stop paint from bubbling up on my car? Its 23 years old, and last winter was the first it ever spent outside and it took its toll in a major way. I looked all over for chips and i filled them in, but the paint is blistering even where there are no holes, and im at my wits end trying to keep up with it. Do i just need to repaint the whole thing? 83 Deville by the way. Any home remedies to this problem?
