No horn, No clock, No radio!?

Default No horn, No clock, No radio!?
I have a '90 Sedan DeVille, For some reason my clock LED read out stopped, the radio plays static and the horn won't sound when pressed - could it be due to ablown fuse...or what?

The first thing to do would be to look at the owners manual and find the fuse diagram and check it out. Remember, cheap and easy first!!!
