Changing the clock time??

Default Changing the clock time??
Can someone please tell me how to change the clock in my 1995 Cadillac Seville STS? I just bought the car, and it doesn't have the owners manual. We had to change the battery in it and it reset the clock, but it's not correct. Please help its 5 hours off!!
