low refrigerant ac off

AC shuts off in about 10-15 seconds after turning on and goes into econ mode.
The codes have been cleared several times and the same things still happens.
Yes, it has enough pressure, yes you can jump the relay and the compressor will run all day.
If you clear the codes and start the car it ac will come on and run cold for about 10 seconds then switch off giving the low pressure message.
You can jump the plug on the low pressure switch to no avail. Put a voltage light on plug or in the wires before the plug and you get nothing. Put a volt meter on and and nothing. . . .
I am stuck I don't know enough about this system and have been able to find very little on line past clear the codes, bad pressure switch and the usual.
