left side turn signals
I'd clean all sockets with a small, soft wire-brush (a Dremel rotary tool may come handy), put a dab of clear dielectric (tune-up) grease inside, make sure the bulb is seated firmly in the socket, and test functionality after each socket is done. Treat all sockets.
A less likely cause is one or more faulty wiring harness, or their connectors. If the socket cleaning won't solve the problem, do the same to the connectors. This is labor-intensive but inexpensive, while new harnesses are not, unless you get them from a junk yard.

Hey I also had this problem but on the other side. I changed the bulb and fuses and still had the problem. I then replaced the socket and it fixed it. Make sure to solder your connections and cover the bare wires with tape or better yet a heat shrink tube. Hope this helps.
