Default help! with ses light

so im working on a 2000 deville dhs .. besides the fact that everything is plastic and the biggest waste of money im having issue's with the service engine light .. the problem is it will not come on ! the dmv failed the car because it was throwing codes .. circiuit B crankshaft pos. sensor .Cylinder missfire #1. And another crankshaft pos. sensor..even thou the car has 70,000 miles on it (didn't think a bulb would burn out ) so i took out the cluster and replaced ALL the BROKEN bulbs STILL no service engine light comes on on the pannel ... could this be a bad cluster ? or maybe something with the ecu ? is there a way to turn off the light through the ecu ? (maybe the last owner had a good friend at cadillac ? ) anyhelp is greatly apreciated ...

nobody ey ? this seems like a unresolved problem for a few people ... forgive me while i think out loud ... other lights on the dash work,.. only thing i can think of it being is somone turned off the light through the ecm ? maybe need a new one ? (i don't even know where the ecm is at )
the light don't turn on when the ignition is on and that's when the ecu i guess goes through it's checklist (u can say) could it be a fuse maybe ? theres 100 different fuse box's ... i'll give it another day i guess to hopefully get a reply
