Default Genius needed: 1995 Cadillac Deville misfire.

I recently took my 95 Deville to the dealer to try and diagnose a few issues.
1. Misfire + hesitation under light acceleration; runs ok at WOT. (Has new plugs, cap/rotor and good wires)
2. Brand new AC Blower motor went out (TYC Brand).
3. Service Air ride suspension

Results according to dealer
1. Need to rebuild IPC cluster to fix misfire.
2. Need a new Blower Motor
3. No comment

Can anyone shed light on number 1? I have never heard of a cluster causing a misfire. I can hear something under the distributor arcing. Maybe the issue is the distributor?

Take the distributor apart, see what's going on in there?

IF the problem is in the distributor, don't forget to go back to the dealer for a complete refund and apology.
