Cylinder 1 showing a misfire have changed plugs , coil pack, wires and fuel injector , it runs fine for about 25 miles than check engine light blinks and truck runs rough but than the light stays on solid and truck runs fine , can anyone help

 

I need the year make model and engine size please. Then yes I will try and help but his is very important info since each make and model has their own issues.
