1995 Deville HVAC blower motor. I have correct voltage and ground at the c and a connectors. the b connector (middle gray wire) varies correctly between 3 and 9 volts depending on HVAC settings. I have bypassed connector at blower motor with jump leads on both the original motor and 3 (..yes..3 new blower motors). The original motor tries to turn or turns slightly back and forth. The 3 new motors do NOTHING. Any ideas???....

 

Here's an update on my 5 bolt Deville blower motor.....the new aftermarket 3 bolt motors ARE NOT compatible!!!! Bought a used 5 bolt OEM after 4...that's right... FOUR new aftermarket 3 bolts...none of them worked..the used 5 bolt???....worked PERFECTLY!!!!!
