Fuse keeps blowing
Just got a 99 Eldorado and noticed that the wipers didn't work and wouldn't spray fluid. Fuse was blown so I replaced it, as I was putting it in it sparked and blew the fuse. I unhooked neg battery terminal and installed another new fuse (30a) but when I hooked the battery back up it blew again.
My thoughts are that the motor or fluid pump wouldn't blow the fuse with the car turned off so there must something grounding out somewhere. But where do I start my search, best way to find the bad place, any common spots that tend to ground out?
