i have a 89 sedan deville and it keeps blowin the fuse that controlls the electronic displays and AC and ideas?

 

also when it does this the check engine light comes on....how do you retrive codes from it and what site could i check the codes with?
little more info

I was driving the car and it was fine the AC blowing cool then the problem happened......when i replace the fuse it seems that it is ok untill i turn on the AC ...while the ac is on it is warm and then after about 5 mins it blows the fluse again...and the Check engine light comes on again

well i checked the engine codes and i got code E47 pcm data problem.....im now trying of figure this out....any ideas please let me know
