Probably the fan power module. Expensive guess. they cost roughly $100.00 thru www.gmpartsdirect.com. Located at firewall underhood.

 

Mine recently failed due to low pressure switch on AC. Had a freon leak. AC would blow hot air, do yours work at all??
You can direct wire your fan motors to your battery to test motors.

 

Dont get side tracked. A pressure switch has nothing to do with fan operation, just air temperature. Good point tho to run a wire from the fan to the battery to rule out the fan itself, but my experience says a fan motor fails slowly over time and gets noisy or smells like burning wire just before it quits altogether.

arent the same units used on the Allante and for that matter on most all Cadillacs of the era?

Yes, the same. In fact my 91 Allante has one from a 92 Seville. $20.00 at pick n pull!!
