Hey everyone, my name is Andrew and I am new here so thank you in advance for the replies. I have a 2003 Deville and the door panel controls do not work. I cannot roll the power windows down and I cannot lock or unlock the doors from the driver's side panel and when i turn the car off and open the driver side door, the radio and interior lights stay on instead of turning off like they should. The radio and interior lights stay on until I open any other door. This problem comes and goes so I don't know if it is a fuse problem or what. Again, thank you in advance and I am glad to be here. Also, the horn does not work but i am not sure if that is part of the problem or not.

 

Check all the fuses first. If no fix, you probably need to take the door panel off to look for loose connects, damaged wiring and testing the switches. I'd clean all the connections as long as the panel is off.
