97 deville has anti theft problem may not restart. onboard shows no data

 

need help quickly. car has no data link with computers and modules. the gear indicator flashes when trying to start. will crank but cuts off in maybe 10 seconds. tried resistor trick no sucess. with out resistor gives a starter disabled message. is there anybody that can help on this foroum.
