hi....my mom has a 97 cadillac deville and i don't what she did but now when she tries to start it the console says "starting disabled" "anti theft enabled"....is there a way i can turn this off??

 

Try thiscarefully turn to key to theoff position while making sure the key is pushed all the way in. Remove the key wait three minutes, insert key fully and start vehicle. Turn the key off and remove and see if this helps
