New here please bear with me, someone tried to steal my 1992 deville, upon finding the damage I pulled on the gear where the left side of the collumn had been cracked up it wouldnt start but came on. I replaced the steering collumn car still came on but wouldnt start, at the fuse box buy the E brake the anti theft fuse was blown replaced still not starting. measured the resisantance on original key 1.470 did the VATS by pass still not starting.Should I be using resistance measured from (new) collumn key? Need to know the location of the anti theft relay I have a NAPA p/n ECH AR249. Are any of relays under on the firewall for the anti theft. The maxi fuse 60 amp wasnt blown.
