95 seville no start

Good morning!

Please help. 95 Caddy (aka Christine) has new battery and rebuilt alternator. Problem is now she won't stay charged overnight! Nothing left on, battery ground good, losing heart and patience! Ctrl panel does nothing, no ding, no lights, no codes.
Any suggestions?
