my 1995 cadillac deville concours has a starting issue. There is a high pitch grind when i turnover my engine. At first i thought it was the starter so i brought it in to get it replaced. This did not fix the noise. The high pitch grind still happens but now it doesnt start at all. Did the garage swap bad starters? is it some kind of module?
