2016 Escalade
I just got a 2016 Escalade Platinum to replace my 2016 Suburban. I love the vehicle, but curious about the DIC/gauge cluster settings and I was hoping I'm just missing something. My Suburban gauges included fuel level, coolant temp, oil pressure and voltage. The Cadillac's simulated display includes only fuel and temperature gauges. In Balanced mode, a digital oil pressure display is available, but only on the tachometer side of the display, preventing the display of trip information. The options on the right side of the display are very limited, as I recall with only radio, compass or phone. The Enhanced display does allow the oil pressure readout on the right side, but it uses only the very thin blue lines to indicate gauge positions, which are very difficult to see. Is there any way to display other parameters on the right side of the display in Balanced mode, or get the gauge readings to be more prominent in Enhanced mode? Ideally I would like to see fuel level, coolant temp, oil pressure and voltage on the right side of the display, along with the trip info and tachometer on the left, and speed in the middle. Am I missing something that would allow this?
Thanks,
Rich
