1993 Eldorado audio upgrade

1993 Eldorado audio upgrade
My 93 Eldorado has the UW7, AM/FM radio with cassette tape player. I want to upgrade to the U1G, DELCO-BOSE GOLD, AM/FM radio with cassette tape and CD player. The in dash receivers look identical. Is this a simple switch out or are there other issues I must prepare for? Thanks in advance for any help.
