I'm buying a '07 CTS & it was my Step Dads & drive it from time to time & when ever I turn it off as I'm getting out the seat starts moving to some predetermined setting & the Mirror moves on the drivers door moves out?!?!?!

I was thinking of pulling the electrical connections & or the fuse?

Yet figure this is possibly adjustable?

 

Sounds like an "exit setting" for the car. Check your owners manual to see if it has that feature before you go yanking fuses

 

I'll ask my mom if she has it?

 

Thanks yes she had the owners manual & it seems there is a 2 person setting.

With time I'll learn if it is fixed.

I'm leaving the car in Arizona for now so its basically my Az. car for when I constantly am here.

 

We should all be so lucky to have a Caddy waiting for us at a satellite location!

 

Yeah it was even nicer having it always ready for me for FREE!

But my Mom was about to sell it to another guy & so I realized I have to swoop in & buy it myself.

My Step dad got it with 9,000 miles on it & alway kept it in a garage & the thing is like new & he always took it to the dealer for all the maintenance & followed the books guidelines for all maintenance.

So its Like new.
