I have a problem with my cts it hesitates to start when it's cold. And it says low range on the info screen. Does anybody know what could most likely be wrong with it?

 

Check the Idle Speed Control. It's either dirty and/or bad. I'm not sure where it is on your engine, as I have a 2002 Deville and had to clean mine. If it is stuck open, it would cause low idle speeds, causing rough idle, and sometimes causing stalling. Cleaning it is the cheapest solution, with many cleaners available at your local auto parts stores.
