Hi Heres my problem 97 Cadillac Deville almost stalling sometimes at lights during rain. very very hard start in cold. Today (rain) accelerator dead until I pull back on throttle then ok it took 10min to get up to 60mph then after 10mins on highway smooth after highway ran fine. I just cleaned the Throttle body and all components that are attached )one tube completely clogged

 

ok.... so, after you clean throttle plate, etc.... is she running ok? have you checked wires, plugs. something is prone to moisture act-up it sounds. am i right?
