Hard Starts When Cold....
I have a 95 deville with the N*. Just recently it started raking a long time to start in the morning. 30 ~ 45 seconds of cranking then it starts and runs fine. I can immeditly turn the car off, and it will start up again like normal. The problem only seems to occur after sitting for 6 or more hours. And when this issue started the car also starting throwing the codes : p039 - Tourqe Convertor / Clutch Failed
p056 - Trnas Speed Signal Lost ....(I think)
Any ideas?

Codes are not the cause, but do need to be tended to. Fuel pressure is likely cause; check for any signs of leaking at fuel rail, check vacuum hose to fuel pressure regulator for presents of fuel(should not be there), if you have access to fuel pressure gauge - gauge should read 438-42psi as soon key is turned to run. There is a chance fuel filter is restricted, if it has been a while, changing it can't hurt.
Thanks for the advice! Im going to take a look at the FPR this weekend. Would it also effect the cars preformance in anyway.... seems a bit laz since this started. As for tranny codes, I cleared em and they have yet to return....
Ok so FPR was completely toasted... getting replaced monday morning... it was leaking fuel via Vac line and when I applied va***e to the FPR the diaphram did not function at all... seems to be stuck open.... Quick question though would this devices failure cause the car to struggle at building RPM it seems to spudder and spin down at RPM higher then 2000.....
