04 DeVille Glovebox
Hello,
I had to bust open my glovebox. I did it via drilling out the box's lock cylinder (and several whacks w/ a large hammer). Currently, I have just the one key (I only mention this in case concerns about the valet key come up, in someone's answer/thoughts).
It is 0 degrees in KS today. I noticed the box (once opened), is lite inside. I am concerned that the box might fall open and that this lite will put an unnecessary drain on my battery. So, my question is two-fold. 1.) Is this a legit concern? 2.) If the answer to #1 is 'Yes', are there easy ways to fix this problem?
Thank you,
Dean
