Default '03 CTS Accessory Drive Belt = Serpentine Belt?

Looking through the manual for my 2003 CTS, and the maintenance schedule mentions the "accessory drive belt". Is this the same thing as the serpentine belt, or are they 2 different things?

Also, where is the timing belt located in relation to this?

accessory drive belts come in many configurations, the "serpentine" being but one of many, invented as a QUICK R&R accessory drive belt and I believe 1st used by 1985 Mercedes-Benz 190 and quickly adopted by the Ford 5.0 engines in 1986 ...

timing belts/chains are usually "internal" components on most engines .. not sure what model you got ...
