Default Need some input on a 2005 STS V8 RWD

Looking at a 2005 STS this weekend a few states away. 28k miles, clean title and carfax...getting up there will tell the tale.

This thing is priced a little over $21k...person I talked to said they dropped it down from $28k for the fact that no one would bite at that price (I'm guessing largely due to the area it is in and gas prices going up...personally I don't care :-P)

Anything I should know or look out for? Edmunds says great things...other reviews say great things...consumer reports says nothing good about 2005, but they tend to be a bit biased at times. I'd appreciate any input here...leaving Friday and will probably see it Friday afternoon/Saturday morning.

Thanks,

-Jimmy

You will be happier with 05 sts without NAV system. NAV system features and functions had many issues. Sudden drop in price may indicate car is out of factory warranty by date. Request in service date or last 8 of vin and find out warranty status at any GM dealer before you buy.You don't want to be unprotected by a some kind of warranty.Good Luck
