Default 97 No Air from vents

Doesnt matter what temp or speed I put the A/C on, I get no air out of the vents. I serviced the refridgerant and that didnt make any difference. I was thinking it could be either the blower motor or a blower resistor. If this is a common problem whats the most likely cause? and where is it located? I work for bmw so i have barely any resources as to where part are located or of any sib's.

all feedback is very much appreciated. thanks. -patrick

Good advice there rickyd one can never have too much info on the car you are trying to work on. Put as much info as possible on the posts so not only the recipient but also the techies are not spinning their wheels. We want to help but have to know what exactly, is the help required. Enjoy your caddies.

The problem is with air door motor not sure if is electric or vacuum, there where system changes going on during late 90s make sure there are no vacuum leaks at the engine ; line supplying vacuum into car is only 1/8 palastic tubing.either type of motor will be on driver side under dash and not necessarily easy to see,but you should be able to feel it. Hope that helps
