1999 sts

Steering wheel goes down instead of the exit position both when you press exit or just shut off the car and open the door. Everything is set correctly for driver 1 & 2. Any suggestions?

reset....... put wheel up and reset exit mode..... see if that works, if you havent. i know it sounds weird, but give it a try.
