Default 1994 sts Traction Disabled

My daughter put too much transmission fluid into the car which caused it to shut down.(service Transmission)I drained the fluid and cleared all the codes and now I get a Traction Disabled message and code IO34 Loss of Powertrain control module and TO72 Serial Data Link Failure. What is the problem and where do I look for it?
Thanks

Thought I would let you know. Went to junkyard and got a used brain box for $20. Installed it in place of original one on passengers side kick panel. Everything came up fine and car runs better than ever.

Thanks for the update. Glad it all worked out for you. Wish I could get one for 20 bucks.
