We continue to have the same problem. Starter Disabled Due To Theft Protection or something to that effect. We wait the three minutes and then try again. It continues to do the same thing. Eventually, it starts but, we're getting tired of waiting the three minutes. Any suggestions?

Yup, probably a bad key pellet or pass key module.
If you have a spare key and it does the same thing, its probably not 2 bad keys.
