Default Cooling fan cycling in short intervals

Is it normal for my 2015 SRX cooling to be having short intervals...lets say every 7 seconds the fan goes on and off. This happens only when the AC is on. I know it may be low on freon...but would it cycle like this regardless if its full charged? Any chance that someone could turn their ac on and check to see if the cycles on and off in short intervals.

I solved my own problem. I had a blown fuse in the cooling fan 1..cooling fan 2 was good. #45 to be exact. Now it works as it should.

very useful thread, tbh, I've encountered the same problem, now at least I can be sure how to deal with this problem. The other problem I have really often is weak flashlights on my bike. It is really disturbing when you are riding your bike and then from all of the sudden a car just storms past me( cuz the driver just didn't notice me earlier). I decided to buy new flashlights and a reflective jacket. Now, at least it's safe to travel by bike. I've conducted whole research before ordering flashlights. Now I know that you need to
