The car shows the driver side front door open even though it is closed. An online video and the message on the dash say to correct this you must open the window fully and close fully. It will do this if the door is open but not when the door is closed. So, the switches work, the car can sense the door open or closed, and the window works. However, the reset sequence doesn't seem to work.

If there is a clue to how this happened, it started after a sleet/ice storm. The weather is still cold. It is possible that after the weather warms up, this issue will disappear but I am generally not that lucky. It is quite annoying to drive with all the interior lights on. Car is a 2014 SRX.
